We guarantee your order will be processed by the Owner directly and the item(s) shipped within 48 hours. The only exceptions are:

1. Orders received after Noon on Fridays and on the weekends, ( they will be shipped on the following Monday)
2. holidays, and
3. We are out of stock on an item.

You will be notified about an out of stock item and given the choice to hold the order until it arrives or cancel the order. All items are shipped from our store at 2179 Monroe Ave, Rochester, NY 14618. You can select from the following 2 options based on the dollar amount of your purchase(s) before taxes and/or any gift certificates, or special offers. Ground service usually takes 3-8 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Business to business delivery is a little quicker than business to residence. We can provide a FedEx tracking number upon request. If you need a package sent to a P.O. Box, please call us toll free at 800 825 1833 (9-5:30pm, Monday thru Friday, EST) and we will arrange to take the package to the post office for you.

We ship FedEx for most orders using 1 of 2 options:

• Regular FedEx Ground Service
• FedEx 2nd Day Air Service
  

* Free shipping does not include appliances, cookware set, clearance items. To get a shipping cost for items/order not listed above, add 10% to cost of order(pretax if in NY). All rates do not include Alaska, Hawaii or US Virgin Islands

We can only accept orders from the United States. For orders to Alaska, Hawaii or US Virgin Islands, please call toll free 800-825-1833 or email your request for the shipping charges. Please state the item(s) numbers you would like to buy. We will respond by email within 24 hours with the shipping charge and you can decide whether you accept or not (Monday thru Friday, or Monday if the email is sent over the weekend)
