Chuck's Famous Bar-B-Que Sauce
Ingredients:

2 38oz bottles of Ketchup

1 cup Soy Sauce

1 cup Worcestershire Sauce

1 cup Honey

1 Large Onion Diced

6 Sections of Garlic Chopped

¾ cup Brown Sugar (packed)

1 cup Cider Vinegar
-
¾ cup Yellow Mustard

2/3 cup Sweet Pickle Relish

½ cup Hot Sauce
-
2 tsp Course Ground Black Pepper

2oz Vegetable Oil
Instructions:
In a large pan sauté the onions, garlic and pepper in the veggie oil. When tender, add the vinegar, soy, Worcestershire sauce, relish and mustard. Bring to a slow boil. Remove from heat and puree the entire mixture. Return the mixture to the heat and bring to a full boil. Add the hot sauce, honey and sugar. Stir continuously till it comes back up to a boil, careful, the sugar & honey will burn easily. Remove from the heat and stir in the ketchup. Chill the sauce and store in the fridge for up to 3 months.
Chuck's Note: Quality ingredients will make a quality sauce. Thus use items that you are accustom to. Also the large bottles that the ketchup came in are great for storing the sauce.
