- Should you wish to pick up the order in our store, simply indicate that at checkout.
- If incorrect information is provided and Fedex must return the order, you will be charged any additional fee assigned to us by Fedex.
- Orders are shipped without signature required unless the customer requests separately by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, the same day the order is placed online.
- Items purchased at Cooks World can be returned within 60 days. They must be in the original condition, unused,
and when presented with a receipt, a full refund or exchange will be offered.
- Items returned without a receipt, and within the 60 days, in original condition, and unused, will be offered store credit once confirmed the item belongs to Cooks World.
- Gift certificates are not returnable, and are only redeemed for merchandise, or store credit, never cash.
- Items purchased at cooksworld.com and sent back require an order number or copy of the receipt.
- Clearance items are not returnable and are marked as clearance on the tag within the store.
- Should you receive an item that is damaged or defective, contact Cooks World, at 585 271 1789. Have your order number handy so we can pull up the order, and we will either
send a call tag to return the item for either replacement or credit. We may also elect to file a claim with Fedex. Do not discard any packing material including the original
shipping box, as the item will need to be returned in it's original carton and materials.
